Other work for this client includes interior relocations of equipment, installation of paint booths and conveying systems, remodel of office areas, additions of hazardous material room for foam tanks, and relocation of bake-off ovens. |

Schematic design and master planning for a casino/resort/conference facility. Project included programming, schematic design, presentation boards and filing with State Historic Preservation Board for certificate of appropriateness. Worked with planner to secure grading and drainage permits and to select local (South Dakota) architectural firm to prepare construction documents. |
